Before you start
Do I need a card for the trial period?
Yes. To start the trial, link a card: we place a 1 UAH hold to verify it and release it right away. The first charge for the plan happens only after the trial ends, and we remind you 3 days and 1 day before. Cancel any time in the “Subscription” section and nothing is charged.
How often do you check my site?
It depends on the plan: from once every 5 minutes to every 30 seconds. You choose the interval for each site yourself.
Can I get alerts in a work Telegram group?
Yes. Add the bot to the group using the link from your account — the whole team will see the alerts.
What happens if I don’t pay on time?
We’ll try to charge the payment several more times during the grace period and remind you about it. After that, monitoring pauses and resumes automatically once you pay.
My site is on a closed server on a local network. Will you check it?
No, we only check sites reachable from the internet. Private network addresses are blocked for security reasons.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In the “Subscription” section of your account. Monitoring keeps working until the end of the paid period, and we delete your card.
