Public offer
Version dated 21.09.2026
This document is a public offer by Alicom Uptime (the “Provider”) to enter into an agreement for website uptime monitoring services through the Alicom Uptime service (https://uptime.al-icom.com). Registering with the service or paying for a plan constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
1. Subject of the agreement
1.1. The Provider gives the Customer access to the Alicom Uptime service, which checks the availability of sites specified by the Customer and sends notifications about outages and recoveries.
1.2. The scope of services (number of sites, check interval, notification channels) is determined by the chosen plan, described on the pricing page.
2. Trial period
2.1. A free trial period is available for certain plans. Its length is stated in the plan description.
2.2. The trial period is granted once per account. The Provider may restrict the trial period for domains that have already been checked during another account’s trial period.
2.3. To start the trial period, the Customer links a bank card. To verify the card, a 1 UAH hold is placed on it and released right away. When the trial period ends, the first month of the selected plan is charged to the card automatically. The Customer receives reminders 3 days and 1 day before the charge and may cancel the subscription at any time before it; in that case no charge is made.
3. Payment
3.1. Services are paid monthly in advance by bank card through the monobank payment service.
3.2. On the first payment, the card is saved by the payment service for automatic renewal. The Provider does not receive or store full card details.
3.3. If an automatic charge fails, the Provider retries it during the grace period. After that, the service is suspended until payment.
3.4. The Customer may cancel auto-renewal at any time. Services continue until the end of the paid period; funds for the current period are not refunded unless required by law.
4. Rights and obligations of the parties
4.1. The Customer may only add sites to monitoring that they are entitled to have checked.
4.2. The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the service running continuously but does not guarantee detection of every outage and is not liable for losses caused by the unavailability of the Customer’s sites.
4.3. The Provider may temporarily limit the service for maintenance.
5. Liability
5.1. The Provider’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the last month of service use.
6. Term and changes
6.1. The agreement is effective from registration until the account is deleted or the service is discontinued.
6.2. The Provider may change the terms of the offer by publishing a new version on this page.
